Terms of service

Agreement

These terms govern your use of Vitrine, operated by Vitrine. By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. One person may hold one account.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you publish. You grant us the permission needed to host, display and back up your content in order to run the service. You must have the right to publish what you upload, and your portfolio must describe you truthfully.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to impersonate others, mislead visitors, infringe intellectual property, harass anyone, distribute malware or spam, or publish illegal content. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, and anyone can report a page using the "Report" link on it.

Usernames and domains

Usernames are unique and may be reclaimed if an account is deleted or a name is used to impersonate someone. Custom domains require proof of ownership and stop working if that proof is removed.

Plans and payments

Paid plans are prepaid for the period shown at checkout and do not renew automatically. Prices include or exclude tax as shown at checkout. If a plan ends, your content is kept; access to premium templates and paid features ends. Refunds are handled case by case; contact support@example.com.

Availability

We work to keep the service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or end accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
